Since we are an authorized distributor and most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, our policy will generally be:
- Returns accepted within 30 days on new, unused merchandise in original packaging.
- Customized or embroidered items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or our error.
- Customers should contact us before returning any product for a Return Authorization.
- Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise is inspected.
